Job Summary

You will manage one or more of our clients’ programs. You are driven by success and you work hard to ensure the team and program milestones stay on track. You hold all stakeholders accountable to their program responsibilities.

You are a natural organizer. A self-starter, you flexibly adapt program planning in a 24/7 constantly shifting business environment. Typical job responsibilities include:

  • Able to balance short-term milestones with long-term strategic goals
  • Able to create stakeholder/user program buy-in through innovative change management strategies and high impact program collateral
  • Can partner with internal stakeholders to achieve goals as a virtual team, including management of complex issues
  • Customer-focused, you demonstrate proactive political savvy, business acumen and anticipate customer needs before they occur
  • Able to manage projects in a highly organized manner where project team members are cross functional, multi-cultural and geographically dispersed
  • A quality-driven senior manager who controls change and escalates risks by constantly assessing and reporting on program status.
  • A team player who can adapt to new project methods, integrate into an existing remote team and provide insight on how to improve results.

What We Need

  • A degree from a recognized university or technical institution
  • Two or more years’ leading projects that required some virtual management and telecommuting
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Able to create and maintain project schedules for cross functional, multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Expert skills in MS Office, minimum 2010, with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to be flexible in terms of approach, working hours and time zone.
  • Expert skills in conducting large online meetings using video conferencing tools


  • Certification in Project Management from PMI or Prince2
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
