26 Apr 2017 WEConnect International Photo Contest Winner: Cynthia Spraggs From Sales Beacon
There’s nothing like “Working at 17,600 feet!”
A photo of Sales Beacon CEO, Cynthia Spraggs working on her laptop at Everest Base Camp took one of two first prizes in WEConnect International’s contest for women business owners.
The contest, part of WEConnect’s Make an Impact campaign, asked women to submit images in action managing their business.
Cynthia’s eye-catching photo at Everest basecamp illustrates how Sales Beacon’s passion for flexibility and work-life balance empowers employees. The company focuses on creating opportunities for rural talent, especially for women balancing family and career. This has created an energized team of project consultants who offload demanding work from clients, while living and working in their communities.
Sales Beacon proprietary project methods make life easier for sales and marketing organizations.“Our team is really good at fearless, disciplined project management because they’re extremely efficient at getting things done so they can take advantage of their flex time and enjoy the rest of their life,” says Cynthia of Sales Beacon’s virtual team.
