The March of Dimes program needed to bring in better results. It needed a focused program manager however, it wasn’t a full-time engagement. The customer needed a flexible program management services to help drive fundraising results.
The client wanted to put more effort into the March of Dimes program but needed someone part time for 6 months. It was too much work for an employee but not enough to justify a full time contractor. The program has numerous objectives:
