Project Coordinator Trainee

Why you’ll be amazing for this role

Maybe its university debt, maybe its staying home for family reasons, maybe you live in a small town – but you’re just not where you want to be career-wise.

You’re extremely bright, organized and articulate. People describe you as reliable but also innovative and creative. But for whatever reason you haven’t been able to translate this into a job that matches your talent.

Maybe you live in a small town, maybe it’s staying home for family reasons, maybe it’s university debt – but you’re just not where you want to be career-wise.

Like our CEO, you might be a big fan of Susan Cain. You’re a great listener but not afraid to share your opinion. You are independently motivated, detail oriented, a quick learner and naturally organized. You thrive in a dynamic environment and you have no problem working independently.

If you’re not afraid of a steep learning curve and a lot of administrative work to learn the ropes, you might be a perfect fit for Sales Beacon’s virtual project management practice in a junior role. Our training program is a steep learning curve and not everyone makes it through, but those who succeed will have opportunities to grow into Senior Program Consultants. After that, you could be doing a lot of meeting notes for a few months while you’re mentored by one of our senior managers –  until you are put on your first assignment. For those who succeed it is worth the effort.

Our best people will score very high on the Wonderlic and Grammar tests listed below, which you can complete in less than 10 minutes (just include the results with your application):
