Job Summary

Sales Beacon has an in-depth training program on our proprietary remote team performance methods. Once you complete this, you will support one or more program managers engaged in global initiatives for one of our clients. You’ll keep things on track and keep everyone accountable, supported by a large team you can rely on if you need help.

Typical job responsibilities include:

  • Create meeting notes through attending live meetings or listening to meeting recordings
  • Schedule meetings for the project team members via Outlook
  • Communicate and follow up on action items to program stakeholders
  • Create and update status reports in PowerPoint or Smartsheet
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project duties

Key Qualifications

  • A degree from a recognized university or technical institution
  • One to five years of administrative support
  • Attention to detail, in particular grammatical, punctuation or numerical errors
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize activities
  • Used to handling frequent impromptu requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good measure of tact and discretion
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interested in flexible hours outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
  • Naturally interested in new creative or intellectual challenges
