SB Program Administrator

Program Administrator

Why you’ll be amazing for this role

You already have administrative experience in business, government, non-profit, healthcare or legal – and you’re looking to step up your earnings and career to the next level. Working from home supporting global teams in a virtual environment sounds like a perfect fit.

Like our CEO, you might be a big fan of Susan Cain. You’re a great listener but not afraid to share your opinion. You are independently motivated, detail oriented, a quick learner and naturally organized.

You excel under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times. You thrive in a dynamic environment and you have no problem working independently. You are constantly looking to learn more and accept coaching while suggesting new ways of doing things.

Our best people will score very high on the Wonderlic and Grammar tests listed below, which you can complete in less than 10 minutes (just include the results with your application):

Job Summary

Sales Beacon has an in-depth training program on our proprietary remote team performance methods. Once you complete this, you will support one or more program managers engaged in global initiatives for one of our clients. You’ll keep things on track and keep everyone accountable, supported by a large team you can rely on if you need help.

Typical job responsibilities include:

  • Create meeting notes through attending live meetings or listening to meeting recordings
  • Schedule meetings for the project team members via Outlook
  • Communicate and follow up on action items to program stakeholders
  • Create and update status reports in PowerPoint or Smartsheet
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project duties

Key Qualifications

  • A degree from a recognized university or technical institution
  • One to five years of administrative support
  • Attention to detail, in particular grammatical, punctuation or numerical errors
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize activities
  • Used to handling frequent impromptu requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good measure of tact and discretion
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interested in flexible hours outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
  • Naturally interested in new creative or intellectual challenges

This is an exciting opportunity to work virtually for a growing company in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Sales Beacon supports continuing certification in Scrum and PMI. We encourage all of our people to reach higher levels and continually provide opportunities to do this.
