Job Summary

You will provide administrative support for one or more program managers in one of Sales Beacon’s practice areas. You’ll be relied on to keep things on track and keep everyone accountable.

You excel under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times. You thrive in a dynamic environment and you have no problem working independently. You are constantly looking to learn more and accept coaching while suggesting new ways of doing things.

Typical job responsibilities include:

  • Create meeting notes using OneNote or Word through attending live meetings or listening to meeting recordings
  • Schedule meetings for the project team members via Outlook
  • Communicate and follow up action items to program stakeholders using Excel
  • Create and update status reports in PowerPoint
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project duties

Key Qualifications

  • A degree from a recognized university or technical institution
  • One to five years of administrative support in a fast paced environment
  • Can maintain consistent attention to detail at all times.
  • A team player able to prioritize activities (strong time management skills) and handle frequent impromptu requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good measure of tact and discretion
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, One Note)
  • Able to write and speak English without grammatical flaws
  • Interested in flexible hours outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
