Job Summary

Our customers have thousands of partners who fulfill their product and services lines worldwide. They need to drive adoption in the partner ecosystem of their customer’s products and services.

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will be evangelizing our customer’s solutions into one or more of their channel partners. You’ll work in cross functional teams across North America and across the world. You will work one-on-one with internal advanced support personnel and decision makers to ensure the partners have the support that they need.

To increase sales, you will present technology solutions to a partner audience in an effective and clear manner. You’ll identify key stakeholders and develop relationships with them. In order to stay current on trends, you’ll review the latest guidelines and the newest technologies.

You’ll act as a partner advocate and assist them to ensure their orders fulfill in a timely manner. You will drive and manage relationships with partners and enable them to fully leverage our clients’ products and services in their sales efforts. You will work with partners to solve regulatory challenges and you will ensure that their people are certified in the solutions that our clients’ want to focus on.

You’ll drive our clients’ business with key partners by analyzing sales performance and identifying methods of increasing partner returns. You will identify opportunities within partners, and coordinate across our clients’ departments/groups to deliver on opportunities.

Key Qualifications

Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills are a must. Highly professional, with the ability to deliver quality work under pressure and on tight schedules. At ease dealing with rapidly changing environments.

  • Two or more years sales or customer support experience a virtual environment
  • Results-driven with a world-class attention to detail, remarkable follow-through and an ability tototally focus oncustomer experience and service
  • Possesses an ability to learn and present new applications and acronyms
  • Canbuild strong internal and external relationships to effectively communicate our customer’s technology solutions and benefits topartners.
  • Persuasive and effective at interacting with all levels of a partner organization, fromsystems engineer to VP Sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of the team
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Experienced using a CRM
  • Must be able to write and speak English without grammatical flaws
  • Able to work flexible hours outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

Education

BA/BS in Engineering or Business or equivalent technology degree.
